Patrick Mahomes revealed that his wife, Brittany Mahomes, is about to give birth “any day now.”
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 29, shared the impending baby news in a new interview clip shared by Netflix on Christmas Day Wednesday.
He and Brittany already share two children: a daughter Sterling, 3, and a son Bronze, 2.
The three-time Super Bowl champion admitted that he’s “been stressing [Brittany] out too much this season.”
“So I got to try to not put so much stress on her through these football games,” he said.
Patrick explained that he’s hoping the baby is delivered during one of the team’s “bye” weeks when the Chiefs aren’t playing.
“Hopefully God works the right way and we can have that baby maybe on the bye week somewhere, and then everything will work out perfectly,” he said.
Brittany’s pregnancy, which she revealed in July, hasn’t stopped her from going out and enjoying herself.
The proud mom and dad shared sweet snaps of their kids’ visit with Santa this week.
Brittany and Patrick were also spotted partying at Taylor Swift’s “Eras” tour wrap party.
Brittany posted several photos from the big night on her Instagram including a few pictures with the pop star herself.
Swift’s boyfriend and Patrick’s teammate, Travis Kelce, was also at the shindig.
The tight end, 35, showed up to the party wearing the same black tuxedo and top hat he famously wore during a surprise appearance at the London show over the summer.
In another clip from the Netflix show, Patrick couldn’t resist teasing Kelce.
When asked what he’s planning to buy the “Grotesquerie” actor for Christmas, Patrick said that he’s “got everything.”
Patrick then cheekily added, “Maybe some acting lessons.”
Kelce made his acting debut in Ryan Murphy mini-series earlier this year and will also appear in Adam Sandler’s upcoming Netflix movie, “Happy Gilmore 2.”
