Last night, Olly, who is currently touring the UK, appeared on stage at the Hydro Arena ready to wow the crowd.
But after just six songs and 20 minutes into the gig, he announced, “My voice has gone,” before calling off the rest of the performance.
Taking to Instagram, a heartbroken Olly gave fans a health update, where he apologised for abandoning the show.
Addressing fans last night, with a very croaky voice, he said: “Glasgow firstly, I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry I had to walk off after six shows. I’ve never done this in 15 years.
“Most of the time, as singers, you can kind of get through it if your voice is not 100 percent
“But I walked out tonight (on stage) thinking my voice is great.
“Yeah maybe I felt a little bit run down but I didn’t think I couldn’t do the show, I wouldn’t have come out otherwise.
“So to walk out after six songs, like I said on stage, I’m so sorry.
“15 years I’m never done this, but as you can tell from my voice, it just sounded rubbish and it’s unfair for you guys who have spent all that money, you deserve the best show.
Continuing, he said: “I’m so sorry from the bottom of my heart.
“So I’m going to see a doctor tonight, which is great, so I’ll give you guys an update as soon as I know anything.
“Obviously I’m going to try my absolute best to make these shows possible at the weekend.
“Again so sorry to everyone tonight and apologises from the bottom of my heart.
Olly ended by saying: “But yeah, gutted.”
RUSHED OFF STAGE
Fans were left shocked when after 20 minutes into the gig, Olly rushed off stage.
He finished Kiss Me Like You Mean It, when he stunned the packed Hydro crowd and said: “This has never happened to me before but you can hear my voice is going.
“I want to give you the concert you deserve so I can’t go on.
“I’m going to come back, but I need to go now.”
There was then a stunned silence and lights went up before the crowd realised it wasn’t a joke.

Fans, who had shelled out upwards of £57.55 for tickets, were left bewildered as the venue abruptly switched on the lights and directed everyone out the door.
One disappointed attendee told the Scottish Sun said: “We were just getting into it after catching Blue as the support act.
“He sang five songs, then suddenly stopped.
“He said he’d figure something out, but before we knew it, we were being told to leave.
“There was still at least an hour left – now we don’t know what to do with ourselves!”

CANCELLED GIGS
Olly had previously revealed he was forced to cancel two UK gigs just last month.
The pop star apologised to fans with tickets to his Hull and Brighton arena shows in a statement after a stomach bug had “ripped through” his band.
And in February, he was forced to cancel his Dubai show at the last minute after being struck down with a throat infection.
He was due to perform at Bla Bla Dubai but took to Instagram just hours before the gig to apologise to fans, revealing doctors had ordered him to rest.
