GLASTONBURY fans were left fuming today when it was revealed that Coldplay will be headlining for the fifth time.
The first look at the line-up was shared this morning featuring Chris Martin’s band, Dua Lipa and Sza.

It will be Coldplay’s first Pyramid stage appearance since 2016 on the Saturday night, cementing their place in Glastonbury history.
While many people were delighted to see them making a comeback, not everyone was so pleased, taking to social media to voice their disappointment.
One person moaned: “Jesus, Coldplay again! Everyone else busy this summer?”
A second said: “Coldplay! Again. Come on Glastonbury surely you could have gone for someone a bit fresher.”
A third added: “So Coldplay headline at Glastonbury yet again, I’m not a fan but don’t actually mind them but this is now ridiculous, how many times is this now, do something different.”
Their performance will mark 25 years since they first performed at Worthy Farm.
Chris was a huge fan of the festival attending in 2017 and joined Kylie Minogue and Stormzy on stage during their sets in 2019.
In 2021, the group did a set as part of Glastonbury’s Live At Worthy Farm livestream after the festival was cancelled due to Covid lockdown curbs.
The Sun previously revealed that Coldplay were likely to perform again, after noting a break during the European leg of their Music Of The Spheres world tour from June 26 to 30, when the festival takes place.
Dua Lipa and SZA were also announced as headlines today, with Shania Twain confirmed for the Legend’s Stage.
Tickets for this year’s festival were snapped up within an hour of going on sale last November, with a standard ticket for the event priced at £355.
US rock band LCD Soundsystem, British rapper Little Simz, Nigeria‘s Burna Boy, 1980s star Cyndi Lauper and British soul singer Olivia Dean, will also perform on the Pyramid stage.
