Sara MacDonald revealed a heart with barbed wire wrapped around it and a motivational quote: “Be brave, be stalwart.”

Publicist Sara, 51, put on a brave face as she was pictured following a shopping trip in central London.
Her appearance comes as insiders say the couple’s divorce will be finalised imminently.
Ex-Oasis guitarist Noel, 56, will be applying for a divorce in Manchester.
A source said the star is eager to get everything sorted before his next run of tour dates — and added: “There is no huge bitterness, they both just want to move on now.”
And a pal said of Noel: “He’s sick of solicitors — he wants to focus on his music and the future.”
New rules mean divorces which once took years to finalise can be settled in just a few months.
The rocker has gigs coming up around the UK with his High Flying Birds band, starting at PennFest in Bucks on July 21.

Sara met Noel at Ibiza club Space in 2000 — a year before his divorce from first wife Meg Matthews.
The Sun revealed in January the couple were divorcing after 22 years together — 11 of them married.
A spokesman said at the time that their two sons Donovan, 15, and Sonny, 12, remain their priority.
Noel has since been spotted on dates with model Charlotte Carter-Allen and author Dorothea Gundtoft.
He has, however, admitted struggling a bit since the split.
Appearing on a podcast with Matt Morgan, he said: “I’ve got a challenging personal issue to deal with.
“That takes up most of my waking thoughts. I’m not really used to that.
“I’m used to being in the moment and everything being stable where it’s a little bit turbulent at the moment.”
He also told the Big Issue magazine: “It’s not uncommon for people who have been in long-term relationships to go their separate ways in their 50s.
“I know a lot of people in the same boat as me and Sara.”
