He said: “That little weasel-faced c*** of a Mayor who runs this town — I f***ing hate him.”

Referencing Harry Pitman, who died in North London aged 16 after being attacked last month, Noel added: “You know that kid who got stabbed on Primrose Hill on New Year’s Eve?

“I heard that on the radio and one of the reporters was saying knife crime has gone down all over the country except London.

“So what do you have to say about that, you little weasel-faced c**t?

“How does he keep getting voted in?

“God, I f**king hate him.

“You know he asked me for a picture once, the little c**t?

“I told him to go f**k himself.”

Appearing on Matt Morgan’s podcast on Patreon, Manchester-born Noel also criticised striking rail staff.

He said: “Travelling up and down to Manchester on the train is a f**king nightmare.

“They just cancel it, on a f**king whim.

“And they’re always on strike because they’re not f**king getting paid enough.

“How are they not being run by the f**king government?”

A spokesman for Mr Khan said there had been massive funding cuts to policing and youth services during the last decade but claimed the number of young people being injured by knives had fallen since 2016.

But they added: “It’s clear that violent crime remains far too high and there’s much more to do.”
