Eurovision 2023 is set to be hosted in the UK this year, after Ukraine won the coveted competition in 2022.
While the UK’s act is yet to be announced, a 90s icon has revealed that she would be happy to represent the country.
Claire, 45, who was part of the band Steps, admitted the entire band was up for a reunion for the competition.
Speaking to ITV’s Lorraine Kelly earlier this week, Claire hinted they were set to unite one final time.

The star – who was unmasked as Knitting on The Masked Singer last week – said Steps would be up for a half-time performance in May.
“Steps. I know you’re taking a wee break just now. You’re all doing your own thing which is fantastic,” Lorraine said.

“But could you please come back together again for Eurovision for the halftime entertainment? Thank you.”
Claire joked back: “For the half time entertainment, I think we probably all would do that.
“I think Eurovision and Steps is a little bit perfect. I think some of us would be more inclined to do it than others.”
It comes after Claire was unmasked over the weekend in a double elimination from The Masked Singer.
But despite wowing audiences with her incredible voice, fans have been up in arms as she exited the competition.
Viewers of the show, presented by Joel Dommett, have accused the show of a ‘fix’ as other contestants remain in the show with voices they deem to be not as good as Claire.
One fan angrily said on Twitter: “Why are people voting for chumps who can’t actually sing? This is a fix.”
Another wrote: “How can knitting be out when otter is still there what a fix.”
Fans of the noughties legend also expressed disappointment as they thought the star could have potentially won the show.
