While the influencer has denied the pair have separated, she admitted their relationship is “tricky” and that “things aren’t always going to be perfect”.
Boxer Tommy has faced scrutiny in recent weeks after being pictured partying topless with a bevy of women in Abu Dhabi.
And Molly-Mae was seen without her £600,000 engagement ring on Monday, despite putting on a united front with Tommy.
In her latest Instagram post, she hinted at their troubles again alongside a snap of herself looking moody.
She posed in an oversized suede jacket and grey polo neck sweater outside a bakery.

The TV personality wrote in her caption, “Truly hibernated these last two weeks… be back soon.”
In a recent YouTube video, the mum-of-one revealed that she had been bombarded by questions from fans asking if her relationship was in turmoil.
The reality star said she wanted to address this head-on as she admitted that having a relationship in the public eye can be “tricky”, especially when things are going wrong.
Molly-Mae explained that things “aren’t always going to be sunshine and roses” especially with a spotlight constantly on their relationship.
She and Tommy have been together since meeting on the ITV2 show in 2019, and share daughter Bambi, nine months.
