The Elle Rêve founder and actress, 36, announced her divorce from singer Miguel last October.
Miguel and Nazanin first met on the set of his music video Getcha Hands Up back when the model was 18 years old.
They exchanged contact information and hit it off instantly.
The couple announced their engagement in 2016 and married two years later at Hummingbird Nest Ranch, in Simi Valley, California.

The couple split briefly in 2021 after 18 years together but reconciled at the start of last year.
She went on to file for divorce and cited “irreconcilable differences” for the breakdown of their marriage.
Her role as a life coach is keeping her active as she revealed last month: “I’m here to empower you to own your sexuality, intellect and passions.”
Nazanin has modeled for Vogue, MAXIM, GQ India, Esquire Malaysia, and Complex.
She also launched a collaborative collection with a swimwear line, Chynna Dolls in 2017.
Aside from modeling, Nazanin has guest-starred in The Young and the Restless, and Twenties.
