Michelle Pfeiffer revealed that she got a black eye from one of her sister’s friends while playing pickleball last week.
“Last Thursday, I’m playing pickleball — the ball hits me in the eye,” the “Batman Returns” actress explained on “The Drew Barrymore Show” Thursday about the sporting outing with her sisters, Dedee and Lori, and their friends.
“The first thing I thought, ‘I’m gonna have to cancel Drew again!’”
Pfeiffer added, “It was [Lori’s friend] who hit me in the eye. He was horrified of course. He couldn’t speak to me, he couldn’t even look at me.”
Pfeiffer shared that her initial appearance on the “Charlie’s Angels” star’s talk show was postponed because she had a stye on her eye.
Only for another eye injury to occur.
