The Brassic actress has been lying low in recent weeks following the birth of the couple’s first child, with brief updates coming in the form of a pram snap at dinner and Mark’s homemade lasagne.
But now, the fan-favourite couple have been seen out and about, accompanied by Michelle’s mum, Jackie Anne Thornton, who became a grandma for the first time when Palma was born.
Michelle was glowing as she pushed a light brown pram and doted on her newborn.
The 37-year-old opted for a beige cardigan, white t-shirt and black jeans as they walked through London, and popped her brown hair into a ponytail.

The stunning new mum sported a glam make up look and shades, and looked effortless in her new role, with her husband Mark by her side.
Mark and Michelle were spotted getting the pram out of their car, before strolling through London.
At one point, the family stopped as Michelle’s mum snapped a photo of them as they proudly posed with the pram in front of them.
Former Corrie star Michelle was at one point pictured leaning in to check on her tot.
And the couple looked in great spirits as they enjoyed the Spring outing with baby Palma.
Mark cut a cool figure in a black top and jeans, which he partnered with a beige overcoat.
This week, Mark tucked into a tasty plate of noodles and veg, with a side plate of nachos at home, telling fans he was preparing for a late night with their little one.
The former Towie star wrote over the top: “Carbing up for the night feeds” alongside a baby and a bottle emoji.
Michelle meanwhile popped out for delicous sushi and brought their daughter with her.

She snapped photos of beautifully arranged tuna and salmon sashimi alongside plates of green salads.
Michelle wrote over the top: “Waited a long time for you” referring to women being advised to avoid raw fish during pregnancy.
In another snap, Michelle posted a photo of a baby bottle on the table, writing: “Used to be a lychee martinee!”
Mark fought back tears as he opened up on becoming a dad and the amazing efforts of Michelle during childbirth.
His Heart FM co-host Olly Murs initiated the conversation, saying: “I know you’re such a private person mate, and I know we have a lot of banter on the show, and we joke and stuff, but this week has been truly special for you and Michelle.
“Just tell me how you’re feeling right now.”
A touched Mark replied: “Mate, it’s actually hard to put it into words!
“I’ll start by saying it’s the biggest achievement of my life, it’s all I think about.
“But obviously hats go off to my wife – she’s just an absolute superhuman, superhero for bringing this baby into the world, and it makes you realise what our mums did for us.
“And makes me have so much more respect than I already had for what women have to go through.”
He went on: “But other than that, it’s the best feeling in the world.
“I wake up every morning just so excited to see her face – every time I wake up I go, ‘ah she’s there’ – and that moment when I held her in my arms…
“It gets me emotional now thinking about it, everything else goes out the window and it’s made me realise what life is all about.”
And it seems Michelle’s mother is keen to help her daughter out as she cares for her baby in her lavish Essex mansion.
Her mum, Jackie took to her Instagram page as she shared a sweet hugging snap with her granddaughter.
Baby Palma was wrapped in a pastel yellow knitted blanket with her name emblazoned in white.
Her head was carefully rested on her grandmother’s shoulder in a sweet embrace.
A beige bow headband was also delicately wrapped around the young tot’s head.
The caption of the adorable grid post read: “It’s the little cuddles that are the best.”
