MICHAEL Jackson’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe made a very rare public appearance as she was seen out in California this week.
Debbie – who married late pop star Michael in 1996 – cut a casual figure while running errands in Palmdale.

The 66-year-old was dressed in a blue top, jeans and trainers and covered up in dark sunglasses.
She was snapped getting out of her Range Rover Vogue to cash a cheque.
Debbie, who shares daughter Paris, 27, and son Prince, 28, with Michael, has shunned the spotlight in recent years.
In 2016 it was revealed she was battling breast cancer but Paris announced a year later she’d received her last round of chemotherapy treatment.
After splitting from Michael, Debbie granted him full custody of their children.
And Paris previously described her relationship with her mother as more like a friendship.
Speaking to Willow Smith on Red Table Talk, she said: “It’s just cool having her as a friend.
“It’s very chill – which I love – it’s the perfect word to describe it.
“It’s cool. I mean like, getting to know her, seeing how similar we are, getting into what kind of music she likes and she really likes country and folk.”
In 1996 Debbie and Michael tied the knot in Australia. It’s believed she called his first wife Lisa Marie Presley the night before to get her blessing.

Debbie’s rare outing comes just weeks after the release of Leaving Neverland 2: Surviving Michael Jackson – a documentary exploring sexual abuse claims against Michael, who died in 2009.
It is the follow up to the explosive 2019 documentary Leaving Neverland, which divided viewers.
Many of Michael’s army of international fans have repeatedly claimed the allegations in the programmes are fabricated.
