A FORMER cameraman for rapper Megan Thee Stallion has filed a lawsuit accusing the artist of forcing him to watch her have sex in a vehicle.
Emilio Garcia claims the Cognac Queen rapper, 29, created a hostile and unbearable work environment during his five-year tenure with the Grammy Award winner.

Garcia began working with the rapper, born Megan Pete, as a personal cameraman in 2018 and quit his job a year later to commit to the gig full-time, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday.
However, Garcia claims the dream job became a nightmare during a June 2022 trip to Ibiza, Spain, with Stallion.
The suit alleged that after a night out, Garcia, Stallion, and three other women were in an SUV when the rapper and one of the women began to have sex next to him in the moving vehicle.
Garcia said he was trapped in the vehicle and was “embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal,” according to the lawsuit obtained by The U.S. Sun.
The following day, Pete approached him to ask whether he had seen the tryst, the lawsuit alleged.
Garcia admitted he had before Pete said, “Don’t ever discuss what you saw,” according to the suit.
The photographer claims from then on Pete began berating him and hurling fat-shaming slurs at him.
He accused Pete of repeatedly calling him a “fat b***h” and telling him to “spit your food out” and “you don’t need to be eating.”
Garcia also accused Pete of lowering his pay after the incident and committing more than half a dozen labor code violations.
“Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior, and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct,” Garcia’s lawyer Ron Zambrano said in a statement.
“Inappropriate is putting it lightly.”
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Stallion’s management company, Roc Nation, for comment.
