MEGAN McKenna has posted a health update after being rushed into A&E.
The TV star has thanked her fiancé and mum for taking good care of her in an emotional post from her hospital bed.

The ex-Towie favourite and singer, 31, said she has been in hospital for six days after first visiting earlier this month for an operation.
She returned after the op left her in agony and has been kept under observation on a ward.
Megan, who suffers from coeliac disease, shared a clip from her hospital room showing her partner Oliver Burke keeping her company.
She snuggled into the footballer and gazed adoringly at him in the sweet video.
Megan captioned it with a gushing tribute to her nearest and dearest, writing: “Six days in & I’m finally feeling more myself.
“I just love him. Thanks mum for my dinners every day too.. very lucky to have an amazing family.”

Megan revealed she attended hospital for an operation on her stomach.
But after experiencing agonising pain for three days and was forced to return.
She said: “Hello, I know I told you all I was recovering last week, I had a small procedure in my belly last Monday which has led some complications inside.”
She added it was “very painful and so uncomfortable to move”.
Megan didn’t reveal the reason for her operation.
However she has said before how IBS is “taking over my life”.
She said: “When I get really bloated my belly can swell up to the point where I literally look two months pregnant.
“I can go from that extreme, to having a really bad belly and losing weight – because if you can’t keep [food] down, how are you going to keep it on?
“People were really criticising me, saying you look anorexic, you look skeletal, it’s disgusting.”
IBS is a condition that affects the digestive system and can last a lifetime.
