Megan McKenna furiously hits back after being trolled over food portion sizes

MEGAN McKenna has furiously hit back after she was trolled for her food portion sizes.

The reality star, 31, regularly posts her food on Instagram as she takes followers into her kitchen.

However, she’s revealed that some fans have been branding her dishes as “unhealthy”.

Clapping back, Megan savagely responded to her critics by preparing a burger and chips on camera.

She said: “Tonight I have made myself a big greasy-ass burger.”

The Celebrity Big Brother star then went on a rant, telling her followers: “There’s nothing wrong with my portion sizes.

“Like I need to eat, I need to eat food.

“I’m actually having a meltdown! Am I on Big Brother right now?

“On a real level, this is all home cooked food and just have a little close up with the burger, there’s so many healthy things on it.

“And I’m sorry, I’m not on a diet so why should I not eat a big healthy meal?

“I’ve always been able to eat big meals but like I said before I just don’t eat that much in the day.

“I know quite a few of you have been having debates about my dinners and how unhealthy they are.

“But I’m sorry, half the people I know eat bloody takeaways ever night!”

Megan was flooded with support from fans who took to her comments to reply.

One said: “Good for you, great to see a confident woman in the public eye promoting eating home cooked foot with good portion sizes and not being ashamed of it.”

A second wrote: “Well bloody said! You do you… you know your body!”

“And that’s a perfect balanced meal. So many think you have to starve yourself to eat healthy and you really don’t,” said a third.

While a fourth commented: “You eat what you want meg. I eat alot and never but weight on and people drive me insane with comments about my size.”
