At the party, Maya was seen chatting with Idris Elba’s wife, Sabrina, who stunned in a glitterball-style maxi dress with long-sleeves, which she paired with statement silver earrings.

Meanwhile Jennifer Lawrence, looked radiant in red at another Cannes event, while Leonardo DiCaprio, 48 received a standing ovation at the festival’s premiere of his new film, Killers Of The Flower Moon.

Maya’s trip to Cannes comes after The Sun revealed she’s back with her rapper ex Stormzy.

She was rumoured to be dating Leo but we told how the presenter has made her choice with her old flame.

A pal explained: “The Leo thing got a bit out of hand.

“They partied a couple of times in London and New York but it never developed into anything more serious.

“The truth is she’s actually back in regular contact with Stormzy and has been heading to his house to meet up away from the spotlight.

“She visited him a couple of times before her recent holiday to Thailand and it sounds as though they’ve really clicked again.

“The connection never went away.

“They’re both keen to tiptoe around it a bit rather than throw themselves into anything public but they’re enjoying being close again.”
