SPICE Girl Emma Bunton is in a stand-off with the taxman over a windfall of £4million she made from the pop group’s reunion.
The star faces being clobbered by HM Revenue and Customs over her mega earnings from the 2019 tour.

Emma, 48, banked £3,929,282 from the comeback gigs before she placed her firm Monsta Touring Ltd into voluntary liquidation in 2021.
She had set up the company to handle her earnings from the reunion.
Baby Spice believed she had settled her bills after paying £748,014 in corporation tax when the tour ended.
She was handed a second bill worth £185,006 to settle her affairs after she started the liquidation.
However HMRC believes Bunton has a further third debt to pay.
Liquidators for Monsta revealed: “Our understanding was that all tax had already been paid. Since March 2023 we have been in correspondence with HMRC to resolve the position. This is ongoing.”
Emma, who has two children with former Damage singer Jade Jones, has already received a cash payout worth £3,181,268 from the firm. Her agent was asked for a comment.
The 2019 tour saw The Spice Girls perform as a foursome without Posh Spice Victoria Beckham.
The last time the original five group members — Heart DJ Bunton, Beckham, Melanie Brown, Geri Halliwell and Melanie Chisholm — performed together was for the 2012 Olympics in London.
