The medic’s built up an impressive bank balance thanks to his savvy business brain in the five years since he was in the villa.

Alex, 32, has turned to property development as a lucrative side hustle and it’s proving to be quite the cash cow.
His firm Newgale Property has assets totalling £1 million in figures filed to Companies House last week.
It tops up the £817,000 reported by his other firm, Newgale, in May, and the £160,000 reported in January for mail order firm Prescribd.
Dr Alex set-up Newgale Property in November 2021. It operates in the ‘hotels and similar accommodation, other holiday and collective accommodation’ arena as well as the ‘buying and selling of real estate’ and ‘other letting and operating of own or leased real estate.’

Its first trading figures were signed off by Dr Alex last week and reported £935,573 in investment property and £38,547 in plant and machinery held as of November 30, 2022.
The rental properties are Green Grass House & Cottages on the Pembrokeshire coast in West Wales.
Newgale Limited, was set-up in May 2021, reporting its line of work as ‘other business support service activities not elsewhere classified.’
Dr Alex has successfully branched out from reality TV since finding fame in 2018. He has continued to work as an A&E doctor while balancing media commitments.
In 2021 – a year after his younger brother Llyr’s tragic death – Alex was made the government’s Youth Mental Health Ambassador by former Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Alex has also released a successful range of well-being books including Live Well Everyday, The Mind Manual and A Better Day.
