The 27-year-old made it to the final week of series eight with co-star Paige after entering as a bombshell four years on from being on the show.
He turned the Welsh paramedic’s head while she was coupled up with Jacques O’Neill who later walked out the villa.
Adam made her his girlfriend soon after leaving the show – but split months later.
Paige, 25, blamed a string of videos online showing Adam chatting with his arms around girls at nightclubs.

Adam, 27, opened up about why decided to return to Love Island and the strategy he used on the series.
Now, the reality TV star has revealed the real reason why he chose to go back to the show and admitted he would “choose the right person to stay on the show”.

Speaking to Mail Online, Adam said: “The thing with Love Island is I’m the only one who is willing to admit it, I would completely choose the right person to stay on the show.”
The influencer admitted he had a gameplan when he originally entered the show the second time round.
He continued: “That’s why I got back on the show in my eyes, they realised I didn’t care about anything.”
Adam previously discussed on his YouTube channel how he had witnessed stars of the show, such as Molly-Mae Hague, achieve enormous fame and how he wanted to follow int he same foot-steps.
He shared: “We all know the game. It was really hard for me the second time because I could see through everything, it is unbelievable how clear it is the second time.”
The 27-year-old stated: “So yes, everyone comes on and says I am here to find love and that, yes you kind of are and obviously that is unreal but nobody is daft.”
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Adam confessed to being “ruthless” in previous relationships but intends to turn a fresh leaf.
He said: “I am dating again now. Do you know what, as much as I have been a little bit ruthless in the past with relationships and yes I’ve ended things when it has started to not work out, I am actually a bit of a hopeless romantic.
“I do think there is someone for every person and I want to go and do all the things I like to do with someone else.”
