Jack’s dog Elvis mauled a man

Fincham has now been jailed for six weeks after he admitted being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog.

His on-off girlfriend Chloe Brockett wept as he was taken down to the cells.

Elvis first attacked an unnamed man in Grays, Essex, in June 2024 but no harm was done.

The same dog then mauled Robert in Swanley, Kent, in September 2022.

As well as a jail sentence, Fincham was asked to pay £3,680 – including £200 compensation fee to Robert and a £50 compensation fee to the other victim.

A payment plan of £400-a-month will be set up upon his release from prison, Southend Magistrates’ Court heard.
