LOVE Island star Natalia Zoppa has hit back at those shaming her for getting new surgery to perk up her bum.
The reality star – who appeared on the popular series back in 2020 – showed off the results of her latest surgery and explained on Instagram it had been a long-held source of insecurity for her.

Defending her decision, Natalia said she wanted to “be transparent” about any work she gets done, and said she’d become exhausted from hours in the gym not giving her the results that she wants.
But after getting bombarded with vile trolls mocking her “dodgy” surgery wok, Natalia had enough and went on Instagram stories to set the record straight.
“Just a quick PSA (public service announcement), because I know that there will be some people in my DMs being horrible and judgemental, saying ‘you’re so fake’, ‘you don’t need it’, ‘you looked so much better before’ – please worry about yourself,” she told her followers.
“I know what I want, okay? This is my body, not yours and I don’t know why people think that their opinion means anything to me.
“I don’t know you. How about you go and do something meaningful instead of sending people you don’t know judgemental messages.

“I don’t understand that. It’s really, really strange behaviour.”
She also praised the surgery, saying the filler injections took “about an hour” and was “almost painless”.
Since leaving the Love Island villa, Natalia has gained a massive following thanks to her slinky lingerie shoots and OnlyFans account.
She’s also transformed her look thanks to a new gym routine, and surgeries including a rumoured £6,000 boob job, lip fillers and botox.
However, earlier this week, Natalia found herself uniwttingly in the centre of a storm related to singer Chris Brown after she was pulled on stage during one of this concerts.
Plucked out of the crowd by the performer – who has previous arrests connected to domestic violence – things took a turn when Chris seemingly grabbed her by the throat.
However, Natalia has dismissed those who have called out the moment as “worrying”, saying she was already aware of the routine and “loved every minute of it”.
