SAMIRA MIGHTY has revealed the real reason she rejected an offer to join Love Island: All-Stars – she has landed a role in a horror movie.
The singer, who took part in the fourth series of the ITV2 show in 2018, has just released her debut EP Dancefloors & Drama Vol.1 and is spending this week shooting the movie.

In an exclusive chat, she explained: “It’s still a never-say-never thing, but I’ve got my EP out and I’m also shooting a horror film.
“It’s called Bambi: The Reckoning. The director has done horror movies in the past about Winnie the Pooh and stuff like that.
“I’ve got so many important studio dates that I can’t miss. I’m doing so much. I’m booked and busy right now.”
As well as packing her EP with dance bangers, she shows her vulnerable side on a track called Broke Me Good about a toxic romance.
She explained: “It was crazy because I was in a destructive, not great relationship and you become most vulnerable in the studio – and it came out of me. It was really difficult.
“There were moments where I was in the booth singing, ‘I’m already broken, broken, broken’ and I was choking up in there.
“A lot of people can connect to it.”
