The 34-year-old worked up a sweat at her home gym before getting her hair done.

Frankie showed off her stunning figure in a black sports bra and matching leggings.
She confessed: “Aired on the side of caution with the weights… it’s been so long all the spiders have moved in!”
The star later took to her Instagram to show off her amazing new hair style.
Frankie got her blonde locks cut into a cute bob from the comfort of her stunning family mansion.
She captioned the post: “New chapter… means new hair!! Nothing drastic but had a bit of a chop 
!
“Not quite the same relaxing experience as being at the salon 
…”

Frankie recently reunited with some familiar faces.
The mum-of-two was all smiles as she posed for a snap with The Saturdays bandmate Vanessa White reunited at an event for London Fashion Week.
Frankie was in The Saturdays with Vanessa between 2007 to 2014.
Days before she also reunited with S Club Juniors pal Calvin Goldspink 22 years after the pop group shot to fame.
S Club 8 were together between 2001 and 2004.
