Loose Women star Coleen Nolan reveals Tinder boyfriend is desperate to marry her and the heartbreaking reason she won’t

COLEEN Nolan has ruled out getting married to love Michael Jones – despite his desperation to take her up the aisle. 

The Loose Women star, 58, has been dating Michael since 2021 after meeting him on Tinder, and is even moving in with him as they take their romance to the next level.

However, the couple have split numerous times as Coleen got hesitant about settling down again. 

She believes previous heartbreaks – including a messy split from first husband Shane Ritchie in 1999 and devastating break-up with second husband Ray Fensome in 2018 – are stopping her from saying ‘I Do’ again. 

Speaking to The Mirror, Coleen said while she “might get engaged” to supermarket manager Michael she has no interest in getting married for a third time.

“I know Michael would like to marry me and to be fair to him, it’s probably from insecurity because I’ve finished with him three times since I met him,” she said. 

“It was all my issues, because of what I’d gone through, so I was pushing him away thinking I couldn’t deal with it.” 

While she adds she’s “had therapy and sorted her life out”, Coleen noted: “I’m very open to everything he’s providing me emotionally, and it’s fantastic. 

“So let’s not try to fix something that isn’t broken.”

In the meantime, Coleen is heading out on a UK solo tour, performing across the country, starting in Blackpool on February 9. 

Her son, Shane Jr, will be performing as her opening act, with ex-husband Ray also joining her as a guitarist. 

Michael is also coming along for the ride, with Coleen joking he’s in charge of the merch stand.
