Lindsay Hubbard buys Nashville home following split from Carl Radke: ‘2023 wasn’t ALL that bad’

Lindsay Hubbard revealed she purchased a home in Nashville, Tenn., following her breakup from Carl Radke.

“Turns out 2023 wasn’t ALL that bad for me… I bought a HOUSE ya’ll! 🏡,” the “Summer House” star announced via Instagram Wednesday as she shared snaps of herself signing paperwork.

She also appeared ecstatic in a video while holding up the closing contracts and saying, “I did it!”

However, Hubbard shared she doesn’t plan on living in the house, but will instead rent out the property to tourists come March.

“Giddy Up because #HubbHouse Nash is coming soon!!” she added.

Fans were thrilled for the Bravolebrity after her tough year, with some even joking that she could use the real estate investment for her own reality TV spinoff.

Hubbard, 37, was “blindsided” by the split, which occurred three months before their destination wedding in Mexico.

“He blew up my entire life. I was crying, I was angry and I had to find closure on my own,” she told Us Weekly in November 2023, adding the breakup was “absolutely humiliating.”

She added that they never had more than a few arguments “but nothing that would’ve been so drastic as to break up.”

That same month, Radke, 38, on the “Salty With Captain Lee” podcast that he felt bad for how their breakup played out and wishes he “could go back and make something a little bit easier or better.”

Despite his regrets, he said he “firmly” thinks separating from the former publicist was the healthiest decision in the long run.

Meanwhile, Hubbard has made the most out of the separation, jetting off to the Bahamas for her bachelorette trip in September.
