Amy tragically passed away from alcohol poisoning, aged 27, in 2011.
She had battled drug and alcohol addiction as well as mental health issues since 2005.
The group will get back together in London on Friday, December 22 and promise to “perform songs from her catalog to celebrate her life and career.”
The British singer songwriter was well-known for her hits including Back to Black and Rehab.

The late star’s musical director and bassist Dale Davis will lead the show, which is fronted by singer Bronte Shande.
As well as the tunes it will also feature footage of Amy and her life.
Before her life spiralled out of control, Amy was classed as a musical genius – but her behaviour continued to threaten her career as she took multiple trips to rehab.
Amy’s last concert was just one month before she passed away.
She was due to tour around Europe but was slammed for being ‘too drunk to sing’ at her concert in Serbia.

Meanwhile, the concert reveal came as Amy’s ex husband Blake Fielder-Civil admitted “full accountability” for introducing Amy to hard drugs – yet maintained he would “always miss her.”
The pair had met in Camden, London, in 2005 and married two years later.
Just months later they were pictured together after a furious bust-up – with Amy wearing smeared eye make-up and bloodied ballet pumps and Blake with scratches on his neck.
It later emerged that the pair had been taking heroin.
Former public school pupil Blake was jailed for his part in a bar assault on a pub landlord in 2008 – leading to Amy’s famous Grammy Awards tribute to: “My Blake, incarcerated.”
Blake filed for divorce from Amy shortly after his release, and their split was finalised in 2019.
Meanwhile, a huge Los Angeles band recently announced their reunion – and a fresh Stateside tour.
pop group 98 Degrees delighted fans as they revealed they will embark on a fresh tour across America starting this month.
The self-styled “blue collar boyband” is made up of brothers Nick, 49, and Drew Lachey, 47, Justin Jeffre, 50 and Jeff Timmons, also 50.
