She took to Instagram to show off her shorter look in a transition video.
And she called her new hairstyle the “MOM cut” in the caption.
But some users were not impressed with the post with one saying: “Erm bit rude – not all moms have shorter hair.
“I have four children and long hair – can’t be a***d with wannabes who stereotype people based on their hair.
“Maybe you should tell Laura to ‘grow up’ – life is more important than how you look, god help her daughter.”
The user added stereotyping short hair for “mums” was rude adding: “Plenty of mums have long hair.
“It could have been worded as ‘had my hair cut so newborn hands can’t grab it’ but noooo it was “mom cut”.”
Another hater agreed saying: “Short hair doesn’t necessarily mean mom hair cut.

Laura clapped back saying: “Mums can obviously have any hairstyle.
“I’ll probable go mega long in a few months.
“Chillax. Who cares about a caption?
“The hate of my ‘mum cut’ post. I’ve had this [haircut] before, it’s just a caption.
“Why are people so offended?”
Fans also jumped to defend Laura with one asking: “Why are people so vexed over a caption?
“Your hair’s beautiful.”

And another said: “It was a caption, no big deal.”
