A luxury real estate consultant, who claims to have been tasked with identifying appropriate options, has shown The U.S. Sun eight different properties ranging from $2 million to an impressive $8.2 million.
With Oscar nominee Timothée- whose father is French- frequently traveling the globe, the insider says, “It’s a brilliant move” to establish a base in Europe.
Meanwhile, Kylie is said to be thrilled at the idea of putting down roots in the fashion capitals of Paris and Milan.
“They have been actively looking for a place and should be making a decision pretty soon on which one or ones they will buy,” confirmed the source.

PARISIAN DELIGHT
The four properties in France range from $4.2 million to $8.2 million, and each is described as stunning.
For $4.2 million, the pair could purchase a duplex on the western side of Place des Vosges, located in the prestigious Hôtel de Chaulnes, a 17th-century townhouse steeped in history.
The official description highlights the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment as being in “immaculate” condition, boasting “great volume, original decorative features such as Versailles parquet flooring in excellent condition, two fireplaces, and a period fresco painted on one of the ceilings.”
The listing adds, “The many magnificent arched windows ensure plenty of light and an exceptional view.”
A larger property- spanning over 4,000 square feet with five bedrooms- has also been offered for $4.6 million.
“Ideally located between Avenue Victor Hugo and the Bois de Boulogne, on the third floor of an elegant Art Deco building with an elevator and a janitor, this 388.40-square-meter (3.70-meter-high ceilings) walk-through Carrez apartment offers impressive volumes and an exceptional family and reception space,” reads the listing.
The final two Parisian properties are nothing short of breathtaking.
A 2,055-square-foot property, valued at $7.5 million, features a “magnificent wooded terrace” described as a “true haven of peace” and part of an “exceptional property, combining prestige and elegance.”
The decor draws inspiration from Louis XV and Napoleon III, who served as the President of France from 1848 to 1852.
For $8.4 million, the couple could own a property located on one of the “most prestigious streets in Paris,” housed in a “remarkable” building constructed in 1778.
The seller describes it as “a jewel of Parisian Neoclassical architecture.”

MILANESE MARVELS
The properties in Milan are equally impressive.
For just over $2 million, the couple could acquire a “wonderful” three-bedroom, two-bathroom loft in one of the Italian city’s most desirable areas.
Another option is a classically styled property in the heart of Milan’s Missori district, priced at $3.8 million.
“This prestigious estate caters to those seeking a sophisticated Milanese lifestyle, surrounded by cultural landmarks, upscale dining, and renowned boutiques,” boasts the official description.
The list of luxurious offerings also includes an “elegant and stylish” $2.3 million home in central Milan. The property’s stylistic choices are described as being “in line with the historic charm of the period building and the surrounding urban context, conceived as a true welcoming oasis fully reflecting the elegance of ‘Milanese’ style.”
Lastly, for just over $3.1 million, Timothée and Kylie could unwind in a spacious apartment located in one of the “most exclusive” areas of the city.
“The apartment consists of a bright living area, featuring large windows that provide views of the historic Torre Velasca and an open panorama, thanks to the lower height of the surrounding buildings,” the listing states. It also includes a dedicated cellar.
“They both love those cities,” added the source. “They are mostly looking for apartments where they can feel comfortable, make the space their own, and enjoy plenty of privacy. It’s a very smart move.”
