Kroy Biermann has filed to end his marriage to Kim Zolciak just over six weeks after the reality stars called off their respective divorce filings from May.
According to TMZ, the former NFL star, 37, filed the new paperwork Thursday in Atlanta, where they live, stating that their marriage is “irretrievably broken.”
Biermann is requesting sole legal and sole physical custody of their four minor children: Kroy Jr. “KJ”, 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9.

He is also seeking child support and alimony from the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, 45.
Biermann is asking for exclusive use of the shared marital residence.
