Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann may be estranged but they are striving to co-parent their kids successfully.
“Despite everything Kim and Kroy are going through, they will always put their children’s needs above all else,” a source told Us Weekly on Thursday.
“That’s their No. 1 priority no matter what and what will help them co-parent moving forward. Regardless of how they feel about each other, they’re determined to remain amicable when it comes to their kids.”
The couple shares four biological children, twins Kaia and Kane, KJ and Kash. Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s two older daughters from a previous relationship — Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21.
Amid their efforts to be successful co-parents, the duo was spotted for the first time together while walking side by side to church with their kids on Sunday.
The picture-perfect family was dressed up for the weekend outing while ending their morning at a local bakery.
The couple had each filed for divorce from the other in May after 11 years of marriage.

Their split turned messy when they accused each other of several claims, including gambling issues, drug problems, mental abuse and even kidnapping.
Documents showed the former NFL star, 37, demanded full custody of his kids, alleging his ex, 45, left him “financially devastated” from a gambling problem and insisted she is drug tested.
He also claimed his kids needed to be protected from Zolciak, 45, due to alleged “abusive behavior.”
Zolciak denied his claims, with her lawyer telling People, “It’s really sad the way Kroy is causing our divorce to play out in the media like this because it could have a profound effect on our children in the long run.”
The statement went on to accuse Biermann of attempting “to paint Kim as an unfit mother” to their kids “for his own gain.”
