KHLOE Kardashian has sparked concern among critics who have urged her to stop using fillers after appearing to have a puffy face.
The Kardashians star raised some eyebrows during the most recent episode of the Hulu series, titled Deeper Than Dolce.

In one particular scene, Khloe, 39, was casually chatting with sisters Kim and Kourtney about their mom Kris’ upcoming birthday party.
In the clip, some viewers believed Khloe’s face looked puffier than usual as she rocked a neutral face of makeup and a simple hairstyle.
Earlier in the season, the Good American founder opened up about the procedure she had to remove a small tumor from her face.
While episode 7 still showed Khloe wearing a Band-Aid on her cheek from the operation, some fans switched gears to focus on the fact that she may also be getting too many fillers.
A screenshot from the episode was shared on Reddit, showing Khloe smiling with a puffier face than normal.
The post maker also referred to the reality star as having a “pillowface.”
One user replied: “Omfg… she needs to get that s**t dissolved.”
“Can’t imagine the puffy face IRL.. cus the show is heavily edited .. and they’re never close to this irl,” a second wrote.
A third replied: “I wonder how many syringes of filler that takes lmao.”
“Why the cheek filler though ??” a fourth asked.
A fifth simply said “she looks horrible.”
While many critics have previously slammed Khloe’s use of fillers on her face, she directed attention elsewhere with her recent cancer scare.
TUMOR REMOVAL
Last year, fans were concerned when they noticed Khloe was always wearing a bandage on her cheek – even at some red-carpet events.
In October 2022, Khloe confirmed that she’d had a tumor removed from her face and had to keep it covered until it was fully healed.
Khloe posted a series of snaps to her Instagram Stories and explained the discovery.

She wrote: “I’ve seen numerous stories about the ever-evolving bandage on my face, with some of you wondering why I’ve been wearing one for the past few weeks.”
The Kardashians star said she noticed a “small bump on her face and assumed it was a zit” but it did not go away for seven months.
A photo showed a closeup of the bump, that Khloe circled and pointed an arrow to.
After two biopsies on the bump, Khloe explained that her doctors said the findings required immediate surgery to remove it.
The reality star explained that her margins from the surgery appear clear and that she is now in the process of healing.
She reminded her followers in another post to be vigilant about checking their skin and wearing sunscreen.
She wrote: “At 19, I had melanoma on my back, and I had surgery to remove that as well, so I’m pre-composed to melanomas.”
Khloe opened up about the operation during the second episode of The Kardashians season 3 in a scene alongside her best friend Malika Haqq.
39 AND FEELIN’ FINE
Khloe recently rang in her 39th year surrounded by family and friends.
Khlo has truly never looked better as she posed for the Good American shoot to celebrate her major milestone.
The reality star took to her Instagram profile recently to send a message of thanks to her family, friends, and fans who wished her a happy birthday.
The mother of two gushed in the caption: “From the bottom of my heart thank you all for all of the birthday love!!!!!
“I’m still overwhelmed and speechless over your love and warm wishes!!!! I am forever grateful. This was truly such a special birthday. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.”

Fans filled the comments with praise for Khloe who has worked tirelessly for years to achieve her perfect figure.
“Wowwww,” her older sister Kim gushed alongside a fire emoji.
