His birthday was out of this world.
Khloé Kardashian gave her more than 311 million Instagram followers a peek into the lavish bash she threw for her son Tatum’s first birthday.
“🩵Love is in the details 🩵,” she captioned a carousel of pics Thursday, before thanking all of the vendors who were able to bring her ideas to life.
Tatum’s over-the-top party was decked out with space decorations, including a life-size moon and star made out of blue and white roses, a slime-making table and playdough station.
There was also an enormous dessert table filled with cupcakes, macarons, donuts, popcorn and a three-tiered cake.
Additionally, guests could “prepare for takeoff” by wearing custom astronaut helmets bearing Tatum’s name.
Family members in attendance at the toddler’s jamboree included his big sister, True, 5, grandmother Kris Jenner, his pregnant aunt Kourtney Kardashian and his cousins, North West, 10, Stormi Webster, 5, and Dream Kardashian, 6.
Tristan Thompson was also present for his son’s big day, posing for a snap alongside his ex Khloé, Kourtney and her husband, Travis Barker.
The NBA player, 32, and Good American co-founder, 39, wore all-white for the party, seemingly coordinating with the event’s color scheme.
On July 28, Khloé shared a touching birthday tribute for her secondborn, whom she and Thompson welcomed last year via surrogate.

“Happy birthday, my sweet son! I am a firm believer in that God gives you what you need and I needed you,” she captioned a carousel of pics on Instagram.
“God knew my heart needed you. I needed your sweet and precious Smile. I needed your angelic spirit. I needed a love only you could give me. I needed my son.”
The “Kardashians” star said she was “proud” to be Tatum’s mom and gushed over his “beautiful, gentle, loving, infectious spirit.”
“Tatum, You have changed mine and True’s lives forever. We both needed you,” she added. “I knew she would be a fantastic, loving older sister, but I don’t think I ever could’ve imagined the love and bond you guys already have.”
While Khloé did not mention her on-again, off-again ex in the lengthy post, she did say that she thinks her son looks like her brother, Rob Kardashian.
The reality star and Thompson have continued to be cordial as they co-parent their two children.
The former couple split for good in 2021 after Maralee Nichols filed a paternity lawsuit against the Los Angeles Lakers baller over her son, Theo, who was born in December of that year.
Thompson publicly admitted to being the father of the newborn in January 2022. He is also dad to son Prince, 6, with ex Jordan Craig.
