Kerry, 42, played the ugly sister, Botox, in Cinderella at the New Theatre Royal in Lincoln.
However, she suffered a nasty fall as she previously showed off a painful injury to her fans online.
This follows a hard month for the media personality who was previously struck down with a mystery illness.
But the former reality TV star broke down in tears in her column for OK! Magazine.

She revealed the surgery that was previously scheduled in January, to help her recover from her several ailments, has been cancelled.
Kerry explained: “I have booked the whole of January off around this surgery but, as you all know, I was really poorly over Christmas.
“The doctor saw on my notes that I’d been on antibiotics and, because of that, I couldn’t go under as they have to be 100% sure I’ll be OK,”

This comes after she sustained an injury at panto, just one day before the production was due to wrap up.
Sharing a snap of her foot on Instagram, Kerry told her 810k fans: “Just bloody fell and rolled on my ankle!! In the middle of a show!!!”
The X Factor’s Jake Quickenden also played the Fairy Godfather between the 6th December to Christmas Eve in the celeb-filled production.
But her stage tenure was not easy, as she was previously struck down by a mystery illness mid-way through her run.
She previously opened up about her condition in her New Magazine column, where she said that whilst she tested negative for Covid, doctors remained perplexed.
The former Queen of the Jungle confirmed that the medical professionals are not ruling out another strain of the virus.
She said: “I finally feel like I’m back on the mend after being struck down with a virus.
“All my lateral flow tests were negative, but every doctor I spoke to said they believed it could be a new variant of Covid that hasn’t been identified yet. I’ve never been so poorly in my life!”
