Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos blasted for pre-recorded ‘Live’ episodes: ‘Pathetic!’

They missed the Mark on this one.

Fans dragged Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos after discovering that episodes of the couple’s new morning talk show, “Live with Kelly and Mark,” are being pre-recorded.

Disappointed viewers took to Twitter to air their frustrations with the co-hosts for filming episodes two months in advance instead of broadcasting live — like the show’s name claims.

“Maybe they should change the title if it’s no longer live. The Kelly & Mark Show .. or is it even worth trying since it will be circling the drain before long,” one person tweeted.

“Are they changing the name to Taped With Kelly and Mark? That show needs to end!!!!” another wrote.

“Are you kidding me? Do these people even know the idea of ‘working’ Pathetic!” a third jabbed.

“Thought ratings have been in the 🚽 since Ryan [Seacrest] left. Seems like they can pre tape all they want, it’ll just prolong the obvious,” one more sneered.

“That’s not news. They’ve been doing this forever. Live in a title is a joke. In fact, the whole show is a joke,” another added.

Reports surfaced this week that the duo were pre-recording parts of their show two months ahead of the scheduled air date.

Reports surfaced Thursday that Ripa and Consuelos, both 52, had pre-taped their June 19 and 26 episodes on April 26 and 27, respectively.

“The opening monologue for the pre-recorded episodes is very general, like, discussing relationships and Mark and Kelly’s marriage and life with the kids,” an insider told the US Sun.

“They did not touch on big news stories, such as Jerry Springer’s death, which broke in the middle of taping on April 27.”

The insider also told the outlet that Ripa and Consuelos have at least five more filming dates scheduled to pre-record “Live with Kelly and Mark” episodes.

However, a production source told Page Six exclusively that pre-recording parts of the show is standard practice.

“They really just want to provide as much fresh material as possible for viewers to enjoy over the summer,” the source told us. “The schedule fluctuates weekly, and this is nothing new.”

The source added that Ripa and Consuelos are filming ahead of time so they can take a break over the summer — something the long-running series has apparently done every year.

“Live with Kelly and Mark” has already faced mounting backlash since Ripa announced in February that Consuelos would be replacing Seacrest, 48, as her “Live” co-host.

Viewers voiced their disapproval of the show after the first episode with Consuelos by his wife’s side aired in April, with some calling his debut “uninteresting” and “brutal.”

Others blasted the couple for showing too much PDA on air and having bad chemistry on camera.

A “Live” production source exclusively told The Post last month that Ripa and Consuelos were irritated by the complaints.

“Kelly’s been through this before — with every new co-host!” the insider shared. “If it wasn’t Mark — say it was [Ripa’s pal] Andy Cohen — it would be the same exact story.”

But Ripa has praised her husband and shared how proud she is of his co-hosting abilities.

“I had no concerns about how well he was going to do, and he really proved me right,” she told Us Weekly in April. “I’m so proud of him, but I was never worried.”

And yet, even the “Riverdale” alum owned up to their episodes going “off the rails” at times since he started co-hosting.

“If it’s great, great. If it’s not so great, we’ll try better next time. And that’s been my approach. Just kind of be in the moment,” he said on SiriusXM’s “The Jess Cagle Show with Julia Cunningham.”

Ripa and Consuelos tied the knot in 1996 after falling in love while co-starring on the soap opera “All My Children” in the ’90s. They share three children: Michael, 25, Lola, 21, and Joaquin, 20.

Last week, Ripa celebrated her 27th wedding anniversary with Consuelos, calling the actor the “love of my life.”
