Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos never want to say “I do” again.
During Thursday’s episode of “Live! With Kelly and Mark” the longtime couple revealed they’ll never participate in a vow renewal.
“We are very superstitious about vow renewals,” Ripa said, suggesting that the ceremony is the “kiss of death” and should come with “divorce papers.”
“I just feel like a vow renewal is a pre-divorce,” she added.
“It’s like, ‘We’re not getting along… I know what we should do!’”
The “Riverdale” actor agreed with his wife, saying that he believes vow renewals only take place after a husband somehow “messed up” the marriage.
“And I’m not talking about ‘leaved the toilet seat up,’” Consuelos said. “I’m talking about messed up!”
Ripa, 52, and Consuelos, 52, have been married for 27 years after tying the knot on May 1, 1996. The duo met on the soap opera “All My Children” and eloped in Las Vegas not long after starting their romance.

The lovebirds celebrated their milestone anniversary in May and marked the occasion by sharing a kiss-filled photo.
“Love of my life,” Ripa captioned the post, shared to Instagram at the time.
The co-hosts share three children: Michael, 26, Lola, 21, and Joaquin, 20.
The couple have always been candid in discussing their marriage and have often embarrassed their kids in the process with their PDA.
“We make them think we’re Frenching, because it disgusts them,” Ripa said on a recent episode of their morning show.
And while Ripa clarified that they “never [actually] French in front of the kids,” her husband said they “fake” it to mess with them.
