Keith Urban ends interview after ‘uncomfortable’ question about wife Nicole Kidman’s steamy scenes with Zac Efron

Keith Urban can’t come to the phone right now.

The singer hung up during a recent Zoom interview after being asked about his wife Nicole Kidman’s steamy movie scenes.

When the Grammy winner, 57, called into Mix 102.3’s “Hayley & Max in the Morning” on Tuesday, hosts Hayley Peterson and Max Burford prepped Urban for a “very tricky … deeply personal question.”

Peterson admitted she was “uncomfortable” with the query — so Burford took over.

“What does Keith Urban think when he sees his beautiful wife with beautiful younger men like Zac Efron having these beautiful love scenes on TV?” he asked.

Kidman, notably, co-starred with Efron, 37, in Netflix’s “A Family Affair” last year.

Urban, however, did not reply, before a producer revealed that the songwriter and his team “disconnected from Zoom.”

The producer noted, “I think his team hung up on us because they didn’t want us to ask that question.”

Peterson believed that was “100 percent what happened” as she “knew” it would, exclaiming, “He’s gone!”

She added, “He doesn’t like talking about his wife.”

Burford, for his part, asked, “Does Keith Urban hate us? Do we have beef with Keith Urban?”

Urban’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The country crooner has been married to Kidman, 58, since June 2006, with the couple recently ringing in their 19th wedding anniversary.

“Happy Anniversary Baby,” the Oscar winner, who shares daughters Sunday, 16, and Faith, 14, with her husband, wrote via Instagram last month alongside a red heart emoji.

Kidman has been vocal in recent years about filming intimate scenes in “Babygirl” and more movies.

The Emmy winner told The Sun in October 2024 that she “didn’t care if she was never touched again in her life” while filming last year’s release with co-star Harris Dickinson.

Kidman explained that she experienced “burnout” on the set of the erotic thriller.

“There were times when we were shooting where I was like, ‘I don’t want to orgasm any more. Don’t come near me. I hate doing this,’” the “Big Little Lies” alum recalled.
