LEIGH Francis, star of Celebrity Juice as his alter-ego Keith Lemon, has been spotted out and about with his rarely seen wife Jill Carter.

The couple were dressed to the nines to attend a swanky celebrity launch in London earlier this week.

Leigh, 50, and Jill headed out to the YRDS Creative Talent Marketing Agency VIP Launch Event at French restaurant Louie, in central London.

The long-time lovers were joined by Sky Sports presenter Natalie Pinkham, 45, and former JLS star Marvin Humes, 38.

Leigh was dressed in his usual exuberant style, wearing a sandy-coloured suit, a bright red sweater vest that had white pears dotted on it, and a trademark large hat.

Jill looked stunning in an off-the-shoulder black ruffle dress, twisting her long dark hair up in a chic knot and adding a gold necklace.

The beauty therapist showed off her skills by wearing a flawlessly made-up face of soft blush and a smokey eye.

The couple rarely step out together, opting to keep a low profile and enjoy time with their two daughters, Matilda and Dolly.

Leigh has spoken in the past about how he very rarely appears as himself, preferring to go out as Keith – but did turn up with Jill at an awards bash as Leigh.

He told The Sun: “I promised her Keith wouldn’t be there so we could just have a bit of time on our own being normal.

“You can tell it’s me instead of Keith because I’ve got my hair tied back into a tiny bun.”

He added: “But I won’t be doing it again. I don’t want anyone to know who I really am – I prefer being Keith.

“Everyone goes a bit weird when it’s just me.”

The comedian found early success with Avid Merrion, his Big Brother obsessed character, who also appeared in the cult series Bo Selecta.

Once the series ended he made Keith Lemon, another character from the show, a star thanks to the popularity of the quiz Celebrity Juice.

The show was a huge success, running from 2008 until its final episode in December last year.
