KATIE Price’s ex-fiancé Carl Woods has moved into a brand new home in Essex following the pair’s split last month.
Car dealer Carl’s new pad was built on a £175,000 plot of land and has a large gated driveway with enough room for seven vehicles.

The three-bedroom Chalet style home is different in style to the leafy £475,000 new build that Carl put on the market before the move.
The Sun has contacted a representative for Carl for comment.
Katie and Carl ended their two-year relationship following a string of rows.
Scorned Carl recently leaked a recorded argument in which Katie appeared to admit taking drugs.
Katie, 44, is now living in her Sussex mansion with children Bunny and Jett after it underwent a major renovation for a Channel 4 reality show.

A second series is said to be in the works that will see more of the sprawling dilapidated property updated.
The mum-of-five is still awaiting a bankruptcy hearing after amassing huge debts in recent years topping £3million.
The financial woes haven’t stopped Katie living a lavish lifestyle though.
Last month she jetted off on her twelfth holiday of the year, travelling to Thailand.
Katie’s been to South East Asia multiple times as well as on holiday closer to home such as in Portugal and Sandbanks on the south coast.
We previously revealed that Katie dodged a court date for a third time in June amid her bankruptcy ordeal.
Her next hearing is due to take place at London’s Royal Courts of Justice on 9 February 2023.
Katie, once worth £45m, was declared bankrupt in 2019.
