Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler shares cryptic posts about being ‘reborn’ amid her feud with Peter Andre

KATIE Price’s ex Kieran Hayler shared a cryptic post about “rising like a Phoenix” amid public feud with Peter Andre.

Kieran, 38, who was married to the former glamour model, 47, for five turbulent years before their divorce was finalised in March 2021, took to his Instagram to share a photo of the mythical bird.

A Phoenix is known for its ability to be reborn from ashes, symbolising immortality and renewal.

It comes after Katie’s ex Peter took to social media with a lengthy post in which he accused his ex of saying ‘baseless accusations’ against him, and claimed their children Princess and Junior have been in his care since 2018 ‘for their safety.’

Now Kieran has shared a cryptic quote, which read: “Sometimes you just have to die a little inside in order to be reborn and rise again as a stronger and wiser version of you.”

He shared a second post, saying: “No matter how many times I fall, no matter how many times I turn into ashes, just like the Phoenix, I rise more beautiful and stronger than ever.”

EXES GO TO WAR

Following Peter’s surprising words, Katie spoke out in a statement via her rep.

A spokesperson for the mum of five told The Sun: “Kate is in a much better and clear headspace and is at peace with the situation.

“This was in the past and she doesn’t feel the need to bring up tit for tat comments, but more importantly she’s dealing with this the right way and it’s now in her lawyers hands.

“Kate will no longer be gaslighted and bullied as she once was…”

Katie’s response comes just hours after Peter took to Instagram on Thursday.

He wrote: “For sixteen years I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silence has been incredibly frustrating.

Peter added, defiantly: “That ends today.”

“The latest comments about my children’s welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight.

“For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood.

“In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before out of respect for my children.”

Pete continued: “In 2011 and 2015, publicly documented court cases found my ex wife had made false claims. She was ordered to pay substantial damages and legal costs, and to apologise, to me and my management.

“The same falsehoods are being repeated today.”

He ended the post: “Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations that I have yet to address. Those will be dealt with in the coming months.”

KATIE’S OLIVE BRANCH

Interestingly Peter’s statement came hot on the heels of Katie’s latest podcast episode, which dropped today, and saw her extend an olive branch to him.

She said of her and Peter not : “There’s no reason why both parents just can’t be there to support her. Now this isn’t about me. I have to clarify this.

“I don’t care that I’m not in Princess’s show.

“I don’t need to raise my profile by being on Princess’s show, I do enough stuff.

“All what I want to do, is just whatever my daughter does, and it’s the same with Junior, I don’t care if I’m in the background, but I want to watch her do her photo shoots, I wanna watch her do her signings, because that’s what I did.

“And my mum and you and Nan used to come along and support, and I’m proud of her.

“And I just wanna be there with her because I now I feel that I’ve missed out on so much.”

“Life would be more at peace because I don’t have a problem.

“I just think life would be a better place.

“Well, I’m not saying we all have to be best buddies, best friends, but come on.

“For the sake of the children, there’s room for everyone to support your kids.

“Do you know what I mean? I’m not saying I have to stand with them and play happy families.”

KIERAN’S APOLOGY

Just days ago, Kieran issued a heartfelt public apology to Princess – admitting walking away from the family was the “hardest thing he’s had to do.”

The personal trainer told the Daily Mail he was deeply saddened by Princess, 18, revealing how tough things got after Katie’s marriage to Kieran fell apart following his cheating scandals with multiple women.

Now Kieran has admitted he “regrets” cheating on Katie — with her former best mate Jane Pountney and their ex-nanny Nikki Brown.

He revealed it became impossible to shield Junior, 20, and Princess  — from the fallout.

Katie and Kieran met over online chat service Blackberry Messenger in November 2012, and just two months later they tied the knot in the Bahamas, after Kieran proposed on Christmas Day 2012.

It was Katie’s third marriage, after cage fighter Alex Reid and singer Peter Andre.

Kieran cheated on Katie with two of her friends.

As well as having an affair with her pal of 20 years, Jane Pountney, Kieran was also seeing her friend Chrissy Thomas, 41.

Kieran later admitted that he had 25 secret trysts with Jane over the course of seven months and also confessed to his other affair during a lie detector test.
