The former glamour model, 45, announced today that Blade had passed away after he was run over close to her house.
It comes seven months after another of Katie’s pooches, Sharon, also met the same fate on the same road.
They are the sixth and seventh animals to die in the mum-of-five’s care since 2017 and PETA is calling for tough action to be taken.
Elisa Allen, PETA Vice President of Programmes, said: “After a seventh animal died in her custody, Katie Price should be facing more than the court of public opinion – she should face a court of law and be banned for life from keeping animals.

“PETA urges authorities to look into Blade’s death and reminds the public that it’s not just Price who has blood on her hands.
“Greedy breeders who keep selling or ‘gifting’ animals to her are also to blame, as they know full well what the likely outcome will be.”
The Sun Online has contacted Katie’s rep for comment.
Ms Allen’s scathing comments come as a historical petition was kickstarted back into action in the wake of Blade’s death.
More than 32,000 animal lovers have now signed the petition, calling for Katie to be banned from owning pets.
Katie announced the tragic news about Blade on Instagram today (June 5).

The mum-of-five wrote:” Words can’t express the lost of my best friend my protector my absolutely everything who had sadly passed away today I have no words to say how I’m feeling but numb and shocked rip Blade.”
Grove Lodge Veterinary Group alerted the public to the incident this morning, writing on its Facebook page: “Unfortunately we have had a large shepherd dog handed into our OOH team last night.
“Found on the A24 near dial post. The dog does not have a microchip, however was wearing a brown Louis Vuitton collar.”
The incident has happened just seven months after another of Katie’s dogs, Sharon, was killed on the same road.
A driver picked the Pomeranian off the A24 and took her to Arun Vets in Pulborough, West Sussex, who confirmed the death.
It followed a litany of five other known deaths — more are alleged — which began in 2017 when one of her horses perished after being struck by a motor.
A year on a delivery driver hit her Alsatian, Queenie, who was gifted to her by ex Kieran hayler on her 38th birthday.
Chameleon Marvin died of a “broken heart” the same year when her kids Princess and Junior went to stay with her ex Peter Andre.
In 2020 a second Alsatian, Sparkle, was hit by a car after escaping onto the same road that claimed blade’s life.
Months later, French Bulldog Rolo suffocated.

The family’s nanny sat on the pup after it dozed off under a chair when Katie illegally gave it vet prescription-only cannabis oil.
Katie has also had to give away an out-of-control Alsatian, Bear, for attacking other animals in the past.
