Katie, 44, glammed up for the outing in a bright pink leggings, a matching fleece and black riding boots.
She added to her look with a pair of black riding boots while she styled her blonde locks loose over her shoulders.
The mum-of-five was seen grooming her horse before she went for a ride.
The media personality wore some oversized sunglasses and a safety helmet.

Back in December, Katie headed for more surgery to ensure broken bones were fixed.
The TV star, who had screws and metal work fixed in her ankles to hold together the bones, had them removed in another op.
Katie previously broke both her feet in a horrific accident in 2020 that saw her rushed to A&E in Turkey.
She later remarked that they looked like “something out of the movie Saw” and has needed regular trips to hospital.

Last year, she had the screws fitted in her feet removed as a second phase to her recovery.
Shortly after, Katie was pictured outside a top London hospital on crutches following the procedure.
Katie’s second life-changing foot op means she will now have to learn to walk again without the screws – but with the help of crutches.
In 2020, Katie revealed graphic images of her broken feet for the first time – after fans accused her of faking her injury.
Sharing images of her brutal scars and X-rays from hospital, Katie defended allegations she faked her injury after being pictured snorkelling on lavish holiday.
“For people who said I haven’t broken my feet or people saying I had a bunion operation (even though I’ve never had bunions),” she captioned a photo of her feet.
“They still won’t admit they wrongly accused me and speculated again saying I’ve made it all up.
“They will now see I wasn’t lying to the point I’ve had MAJOR SURGERY to my life changing injuries.

“MASSIVE THANK YOU TO THE INCREDIBLE SURGEONS who have made it possible for me to be able to walk again in time and without them this wouldn’t have been possible!”
Doctors had warned her recovery could take up to two years.
