KATIE Price has been spotted looking unrecognisable in a throwback snap as a child, as her sister wished her a happy birthday.
The former model is celebrating turning 45, and she’s shared various tributes on her social channels as fans and friends rushed to wish her a happy birthday.

One such tribute came from Katie’s sister Sophie, in which Katie could be seen as a youngster.
Katie wore a white t-shirt in the snap of herself as a child, and wore her natural long curly dark hair up in a red scrunchie.
“Happy birthday to my big sis,” wrote Sophie, as she tagged her sister.
It comes after the star looked incredible while showing off her trim figure, including her biggest ever boob job.
Mum-of-five Katie wore a clingy black vest top in a new snap and sat on her kitchen counter.

The skintight fabric clung to her trim figure and Katie paired it with green tracksuit trousers.
She wrote in her caption: “Sun’s out today so we’re off to the park.
“What are you all up to today?”

The former glamour model wants to continue on her journey to look 20 years younger by heading abroad to “turn back the clock” on her looks.
A source close to the model mum told The Sun: “Katie will be heading back to Brussels and Turkey over the coming weeks.
“She’s calling it her ‘birthday MOT’ and sees it as a gift to herself. She wants the ‘perfect’ body and to look 25 again – even though she already looks great.”
