Katie shared a clip of herself in the tattooist’s chair on OnlyFans where the outline of a large design was visible, although it is uncertain what it is.
Just above the new addition is one of Katie’s more recent pieces, a galloping unicorn with a trail of flowers.
The mum-of-five left fans puzzled last week when she shared a cryptic post about getting married on her Instagram stories.
The media personality has been in an on-off romance with Carl Woods, 34, and they recently faced speculation they’d parted ways once again after he left their holiday in Thailand early.

Katie caused confusion when she shared a cryptic video about a couple planning to get married.
In the clip, the text reads: “He: Let’s get married. Me: I am very difficult.”
The post continued: “He: No problem, I can handle it!”

However, it quickly cut to a scene, entitled “a month later”, featuring two young children, one of which was a boy in tears.
The camera then panned over to a young girl sitting blankly in the opposite corner.
A block of text over the top of the video read: “Me: I warned you honey.”
Katie and Carl recently unfollowed one another before his holiday exit.
They previously called time on their romance when he dramatically announced they had split in November.
But The Sun revealed they had secretly reunited and Carl had joined Katie and her kids, Bunny and Jet, on their sunshine getaway.
