Emilio Vitolo Jr. is going to be a dad!
Katie Holmes’ ex-boyfriend took to Instagram Monday to reveal his girlfriend, Sammy Piccininni, is pregnant with their first baby.
“Half of me & half of you 💕,” the chef, 35, captioned photos from the couple’s sex reveal party. “we’re having a baby girl💕.”
Vitolo Jr. added in the comments that he is going to be a “real papaaaaa now 😂.”
In the social media slideshow, Piccininni debuted her baby bump in a white dress while holding up ultrasound shots.
Vitolo Jr. already has practice as an uncle, with his younger brother, Anthony Vitolo, welcoming a baby girl in July 2021.
“Ant , I’m soo proud of the person you have become and now you’re gna crush it being a father ❤️,” Emilio gushed via Instagram last year. “Thank you for blessing me with a beautiful niece.”

The NYC restaurant scion was fresh off of his breakup from Holmes, 44, at the time. Emilio and the actress called it quits in May 2021 after less than one year of dating.
The former couple “parted ways amicably,” the “Alone Together” star’s rep told Page Six.
Ahead of their split, Holmes and Emilio made headlines for many PDA-filled outings.
The Emilio’s Ballato cook called Holmes the “most amazing, kindest, beautiful person” in a December 2020 Instagram tribute, alongside a heart emoji.
“Every time I see your face it makes me smile,” he continued. “Happy Birthday!!! I love you!!”
While it is unclear when Emilio moved on with Piccininni, he was back on dating apps the same month he and Holmes broke up.
As for the “Dawson’s Creek” alum, she briefly moved on with musician Bobby Wooten III before their romance reportedly ended in December 2022.
