JoJo Siwa and her partner, Kath Ebbs, have called it quits after nearly three months of dating.
Ebbs revealed via TikTok on Saturday that she was “dumped” following the pro dancer’s recent realization that she’s no longer a lesbian.
“I don’t even know where to begin. I’m filming this in a complete state of shock,” the content creator — who uses they/she pronouns — began in a since-deleted video.
Ebbs continued, “I honestly feel so numbed out right now and so disorientated that I feel like the only thing I have to do to place this situation is to finally address it after two weeks of sitting back, watching certain things unfold and not being able to get any clarity from the person that it involved who was, what I thought, one of the great loves of my life.”
Ebbs appeared to be alluding to viral moments from Siwa’s recent stint on “Celebrity Big Brother UK,” in which she engaged in flirty banter with fellow houseguest Chris Hughes.
“It has come to my attention in the past eight hours that everything we sort of saw unfold on what I thought was a fake reality show where I didn’t need to worry about the validity of my relationship was, in fact, laced in a lot of truth,” Ebbs explained.
She then called what she is dealing with “probably one of the most craziest, intense, awful, horrific experiences” she has ever endured in her adult life.
The TikTok star, 27, added that she felt “betrayed” by some of Siwa’s behavior on the reality show.
“Yes, I was watching the same show as you all. I could not talk to my partner at the time. It was very unsettling and very hurtful,” she said.
Siwa, 21, shared on “CBB UK” that her views on her sexuality had changed throughout the show.
“I’ve always told myself I’m a lesbian, but I think you — I think being here, I’ve realized, ‘Oh no, I’m not a lesbian, I’m queer,’” the “Dance Moms” alum told co-star Danny Beard, a “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK” alum.
“I think that’s really cool. I’m switching letters!” she continued, referencing the LGBTQIA+ community.
Prior to her epiphany, Siwa and Hughes, who is heterosexual, would often cuddle in bed together. He also once asked her to lick chocolate off his shorts — which she agreed to do.
The reality stars have not commented on whether their relationship is romantic and they will pursue it outside of the show. Siwa has also not yet commented on her split from Ebbs.
The “So You Think You Can Dance” judge and Ebbs first went public with their romance in January, per Cosmopolitan.
They made their red carpet debut the following month at the Australian premiere of “Hadestown.”
Siwa spoke on their relationship in March, telling People that it had taught her “so much” about life, love and respect.
“I am so happy. I am in a very mature relationship, and it’s beautiful. It’s taught me so much about life. It’s taught me so much about love and respect, and it’s a beautiful thing,” she said at the time.
“It’s different in more ways than I can count. I wouldn’t even know what to say the biggest is ‘cause just everything is so different and special.”
