Indie took charge in the kitchen as she prepared the steak all by herself with seemingly only verbal assistance from Joe.
However, fans were quickly left horrified of footage of India using a large steak knife to chop and cut whilst stood next to her younger sibling.
It sparked fears for her safety as many argued that a five-year-old should not be handling such a large and dangerous knife.
There were worries that India could hurt herself without the right supervision.
Hitting out at Joe’s ‘dangerous’ parenting move, one of his followers said: “Completelty unneccesary for a child to be using that with another even younger child next to them.
“Accident waiting to happen unfortunately.”
However, others were also quick to defend The Body Coach as they argued how it was important for children to learn how to use knifes safely from a young age.
Going against the critics, one follower said: “Knife skills. Very important for well supervised young chefs.”
Before another penned: “Wow amazing little chef. It’s so nice to see children to cook properly. Well done.”
Joe and his wife Rosie, 32, are currently expecting their fourth child as they expand their brood.
Body Coach Joe and former glamour girl Rosie welcomed their third child, Leni, in September 2022 – a sister for daughters Indie, five, and Marley, four.
Joe is no stranger to raising eyebrows on social media with his parenting style after fans previously expressed concern regarding some of his decisions.
His followers were gobsmacked after he and Marley did chin-ups in their home gym.
Joe proudly watched as the youngster dangled from the bar, comfortably holding his own body weight.

Babies are in fact born with a monkey-strength grip, call the Palmer grasp, which means they can support themselves.
Despite this, fans still expressed concern with one commenting: “One slip and the kid is crashing to the floor.”
Another said: “Am I the only one holding my breath. One wrong slip of the hand and the boy is seriously injured.”
Joe also got everyone talking when he confirmed he had pulled Indie out of school in order to spend more time as a family.
