Joan Vassos is hoping to find love on ‘The Golden Bachelorette’ and it sounds like she left her season happy with how things turned out.
Bachelor Nation fans are still riding the wave of drama that came with the finale of The Bachelorette earlier this week. While the drama is still unfolding for Jenn Tran, a new bachelorette’s story is set to unfold in just a couple of weeks. Joan Vassos will be stepping into the role of the first-ever golden bachelorette. A happier ending could be in the making. Vassos recently revealed that she is satisfied with her ending; she said, “The ending was exactly how it’s supposed to be.”

The Golden Bachelorette might be a much-needed happy tale for Bachelor Nation fans. While we don’t yet know how Vassos’ story will end, recent interviews are offering fans a glimmer of hope. While Vassos can’t give much away right now, it is clear the mother of four is happy and satisfied. She’s returned to social media, and it looks to be all smiles. So, is a happy ending on the horizon? According to Joan Vassos, she thinks so. She believes her season worked out as it was supposed to. She told TV Insider, “I feel like the ending was exactly how it’s supposed to be.”
During her chat with the publication, Vassos outlined how she went about finding her next great love. She admitted that the process wasn’t an easy one. She told the media outlet that she spent a lot of sleepless nights recounting conversations she had with her possible suitors, hoping to find the right fit not only for herself but also for her family.
How many men will Joan Vassos be dating?
While The Golden Bachelorette is a bit different than the other shows because of the contestants’ ages, it largely follows the same format as The Bachelorette and The Bachelor, including the number of contestants vying for Vassos’ attention. Vassos will have 24 potential suitors to pick from.
Her love interests range in age from 57 to 69. She is 61. Vasoss began filming her season in late June and reportedly wrapped production in the middle of August. Since then, she’s been back with her family in Maryland. While it’s unclear who Vassos picked as her future love, rumors are swirling that her season will include a couple of interesting twists and turns.
The Golden Bachelorette premieres on Sept. 18 at 8 pm.
