Jerry O’Connell isn’t backing down about his distaste for John Stamos’ memoir.
The television host told TMZ Thursday that he believes the stories involving his wife, Rebecca Romijn, included in Stamos’ October memoir, “If You Would Have Told Me,” were “a little scary.”
“People gotta make a living I guess,” he quipped while talking to one of the outlet’s reporters in New York City. “It just happens.”
He also claimed that if he and Romijn, 51, ever split and he proceeded to write a tell-all, he would give her a heads up if she were mentioned in it.
O’Connell already slammed the “Full House” alum — who was previously married to his wife — for allegedly not giving her any warning that she would be included in his writing.
In his memoir, Stamos, 60, accused Romijn of infidelity, writing, “Betrayal starts as a sinking feeling in your stomach, grows into a suspicion that clouds your every thought, and by the time you find out the truth, it’s uniquely horrible at first but also expected, like you’ve been waiting for something bad to happen.”
“There’s nothing more to say.”

Furthermore, while he was promoting his book, Stamos told People he “hated” Romijn during their divorce and remembered thinking she was a “devil.”
Plus, while speaking with Howard Stern, he admitted he felt “emasculated” during their marriage because her career was going so well.
“I loved her and I thought she was super talented,” he noted.

“But I forgot about my own stuff. She was taking off and I just wasn’t paying attention to mine. And it wasn’t her fault.”
He further theorized that she “outgrew” him.
The pair called it quits in 2004 — nearly a decade after “Full House” ended for Stamos, and while Romijn was booking project after project.
The pair wed in 1998 after meeting backstage at a Victoria’s Secret fashion show in 1994.
Romijn has not commented on Stamos’ writing out of respect for the 14-year-old twin daughters, Charlie and Dolly, she shares with O’Connell, a source exclusively revealed to Page Six.
“She doesn’t want to give John any more oxygen or attention and help him sell more books,” they added.
O’Connell, meanwhile, noted in November that he has not read Stamos’ memoir and does not plan on it.
“There was an interest in my household,” he admitted on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM radio show, “but it’s so funny, after hearing his interview beginning to end on ‘The Howard Stern Show,’ any interest of reading the book went away.”
Romijin wed O’Connell in 2007.
Stamos married model Caitlin McHugh in February 2018 and they welcomed a son named Billy into the world two months later.
