Jason, 41, posted an update on his twitter in the early hours of this morning (May 13).
He wrote: “Goodnight Nana Manford, we were so lucky to have you in our lives for so long. 99 years of wonderful moments & incredible memories.
“Even when dementia took hold, she loved music. Whether making cardigans for kids or bullets for Lancaster bombers, she was an inspirational woman.”
He finished the post with a heart emoji and added a clip of the pair singing Nat King Cole songs together.

Friends and followers were quick to send their sympathies.
“Sorry for your loss Jason'” wrote comic Sally-Anne Hayward.
Fellow funnyman Ed Byrne added: “Aw mate. That’s a beautiful tribute.”

Meanwhile, one fan commented: “Sorry to hear this Jason. Thinking o you @Colin_Manford and all the family.”
And another chipped in: “My heart goes out to you and your family at this time of your sad loss’ while a separate person added: ‘Sorry for your loss.”
Back in March, Jason shared his concern after Leah was rushed to hospital.
An emotional Jason told his followers the family were trying their best to “stay strong” as his nana stopped eating.
He wrote on twitter: ‘Unfortunately she’s still in the hospital. Everyone is doing everything they can to get her home but she’s just stopped eating (even when given a box of her favourite chocolates for Mother’s Day!)”.
He added: “Not sure why, she says she wants to come home, knows that eating will help this, but for whatever reason, maybe her dementia, she just won’t eat.”
But days later, Jason was relieved to report that she was ‘on the mend’.
He shared: “She is doing much better. They get to a certain age, and they stop eating and drinking so we just had to get her in and on a drip but she’s feeling much better.
‘She’ll be back home in the next couple of days. It was a real turnaround, it didn’t look like it was going that way. She turns 100 in December and she’s desperate to get there so it was a bit worrying.”
