Thanks, I Hate It
Janelle Brown is free from Kody Brown and enjoying her single life. The ‘Sister Wives’ star doesn’t anticipate finding love again.
Janelle Brown has been married twice. Once legally and once spiritually. That’s enough for the Sister Wives star. While her former sister wives have either found love or are seeking new partners, Janelle Brown is apparently not entirely sure that romance is for her at this point in her life; she isn’t dating right now. During a recent podcast appearance, she opened up about her thoughts on finding love again.
Janelle Brown is not looking for love
If you’ve been waiting for Janelle Brown to announce a new relationship, you’ll be waiting a long time. The mother of six recently revealed that she thinks that time in her life may have passed. Janelle appeared on Sibling Revelry earlier this month. During her chat with Kate and Oliver Hudson, Janelle revealed that she loves her single life and isn’t particularly interested in finding love again.

Janelle told Kate Hudson, “I’m not really interested in getting married again or even really dating at this stage. So I’m not even thinking about, like, ‘Oh, what do I need to do?’ Because I’m just like, I am over it.” Janelle appears to be fulfilled in her new role, living independently and running her own business. Her move to North Carolina seems to have invigorated her and helped her realize what she was and was not lacking in life.

Janelle Brown is “over it” when it comes to dating and love. The other two women who left Kody Brown behind are not. Christine Brown moved on quickly from Kody, eventually meeting and marrying David Woolley. Meri Brown was slower in leaving her troubled marriage behind. Once she walked away, she was fully committed to moving on, though. She hasn’t found her forever love yet, but she’s open to the possibility and is actively dating.
Janelle’s recent thoughts are different from what she initially said
Janelle’s recent words on potentially finding a new romantic partner are markedly different from what she said during the early days of her separation. Initially, it seemed like she was open to finding love again. Janelle was the one ex unwilling to call herself “divorced” from Kody Brown. While she initially said that was because they were never legally wed, Christine Brown seemed to think she was holding out hope for Kody.

Once she seemed comfortable with the separation, Janelle Brown mused that she might be interested in reconnecting with her religion and even would consider dating a polygamist family if it were the right fit. Neither Christine nor Meri showed any interest in plural living again. While she entertained the idea initially, it sounds like polygamy is officially off the table.
