Jamie Lynn Spears ‘blessed’ to have mom Lynne in her life amid Britney hotel drama

Jamie Lynn Spears honored her mom’s 69th birthday following Britney Spears’ hotel incident at Chateau Marmont.

“Happy birthday to my beautiful mama,” the “Zoey 101” alum 33, wrote on her Instagram Story Saturday alongside a snap of Lynne Spears with her granddaughters Maddie, 15, and Ivey, 5.

“She has a childlike spirit that brings magic to everything she does and we are so blessed to have her.”

Lynne seemingly spent her birthday in Los Angeles as she was seen arriving at LAX late Friday, per a video obtained by Daily Mail.

The matriarch dodged paparazzi as she walked to meet her son, Bryan Spears, but let out a nodded “yes” when asked if she would always be there for Britney, 42.

However, it’s unclear if Lynne spent her birthday alongside her eldest daughter.

Lynne’s trip to the West Coast came one day after paramedics were called to the “Toxic” songstress’ hotel room after she allegedly got into a fight with her boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz.

Photos from the scene showed Britney covering her face with a pillow while walking outside the luxurious hotel with Soliz as first responders were present.

Page Six confirmed that the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived at the hotel after receiving a call about an injured female, though the specifics were unclear.

Sources told us the “Oops! … I Did It Again” singer wasn’t taken to the hospital and was “safe” at home following the incident.

Amid the headlines, Britney attempted to debunk the reports about a fight, insisting she sprained her ankle while trying to “do a leap in the living room of the Chateau” and fell.

“It’s so bad. F–king idiot,” she said of herself.

The Grammy winner also claimed paramedics showed up “illegally,” causing a “huge scene, which was so unnecessary.”

“All I needed was ice,” she added.

In the caption, the pop star also blamed her mom for partaking in the drama, claiming she was “set up.”

“I know my mom was involved !!! I havent talked to her in 6 months and she called right after it happened before the news being out !!!” Britney wrote.

“I was set up just like she did way back when !!! I wish I had grandparents !!! I can’t stand her !!! I honestly don’t care I will say it 👍🏻🤷🏼‍♀️ !!”

Following Britney’s recent tirade, sources told Page Six she should’ve been kept in her conservatorship with her father, Jamie Spears, amid fears about her mental health.

“I hate to say it, but the way this is all going — this is what we feared,” one source said, adding they have fears she’s turned to substance abuse.

Another insider familiar with the #FreeBritney campaign claimed not all aspects of Britney’s conservatorship were flawed.

“There is no question that Jamie Spears is a flawed father and the way that Britney was put to work in Vegas was awful. It should never have happened,” the source told us.

“However, there is also no question that the conservatorship — and the interventions prior to it — happened for a reason and it wasn’t because her dad wanted to make some nefarious money grab.”

“It was put in place because Britney has serious mental health issues and was going completely off the rails,” the insider concluded.

Britney’s 13-year conservatorship was terminated in November 2021 as a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge claimed it was “no longer required.”

At the time, the Princess of Pop was granted full control of her $63 million estate for the first time in over a decade.

As she continues to enjoy her newfound freedom, there is also concern Britney will blow through all her money on luxurious getaways as sources say she has “no concept of money.”
